Upcoming Championships

The Indian Elite Men & Women Boxing Team is going to participate in the President’s Cup, scheduled to be held at Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan from 4th to 11th June, 2017.
Elite Men Asian Boxing Championships: Boxers, Coaches and support staff deputed for the training at Astana, Kazakhstan and subsequently for participation in Elite Men Asian Boxing Championships.
A combined team of 10 Elite Men & 05 Elite Women Boxers have been selected to represent India in the 68th edition of International Boxing Tournament “Strandja” scheduled to be held at Sofia, Bulgaria from 11th to 27th February, 2017. The said team will also participate in 09 days Training session in Sofia prior to this event.

Sports Authority of India approved the following expenses for Indian Elite Men & Women team to Bulgaria for Training & Competition (68th International Boxing Tournament “Strandja”) from 11th to 27th February, 2017 :-
- Euro 35 per person per day (for Training period)
- Euro 50 per person per day (for competiton period)
- Daily Allowance US$ 50 per person per day
- Domestic & International Air-tickets
- Visa Fee & Overseas Medical Insurance
- Local Transportation
The playing kit to all the team members is providing by Boxing Federation of India
