Establishing herself as a natural in the contact sport, she won her first medal in the 2016 Rural Games. But her rise to glory was when she won silver at the Asian Youth Boxing Championships in 2018 in Bangkok. She also won the gold medal at Youth National Championship in Rohtak in 2018.

She was just a win away from a medal as she went down fighting against the Rio Olympic Bronze medallist Ingrit Valencia of Columbia in the quarter-final.
