A few weeks after capturing gold at the Strandja Cup, Meena Kumari Maisnam took her sterling form to win the 54kg gold medal at the Chemistry Cologne World Cup – one of the strongest international events in Europe with nearly 50 years of tradition.
India secured four more medals with Sakshi (57kg) and Pwilao Basumatary (64kg) taking silver and Pinki Rani (51kg) and Parveen (60kg) grabbing the bronze.
